Terms

All prices given are in Euro or ATS, net excl. all taxes!

Validity of quotations: 30 days, on request we arrange 90 days

Orders: to become valid we have to send a confirmation within 15 days to the customer. Non confirmed orders are to be considered unvalid!

Annual contracts: accepted against date for shipments, Call-offs, forecasts. This will end in high performance shipments 100% just in time!

Shipment: unpacked ex works

Packaging: 4% or min 150,-- ATS

Payment: or or 30 days net after approval of credit-line

Creditcard orders must include the following data:
Credit card number
Owner
Expiry date

Warrenty: 12 month after shipping out of LICO

As long as we can repair or replace or substitute a claimed product we refuse any kind of penalty or similar!

Orders asking for that will be denied!

Return deliveries: without written confirmation no return shipments can be accepted and will be refused.
